We want you to love your OUAI, but if a product doesn't work for you, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least half full to qualify.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.
Select Your Items
Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original box if possible, and attach the label to the outside.
Ship It Back
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
