How do I know which OUAI shampoo is right for my hair type?
We offer specialized formulas for Fine, Medium, and Thick hair. If you are unsure of your type, we recommend taking our Hair Quiz on the homepage to find your custom routine.
Are OUAI products sulfate-free and safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, all of our shampoos and conditioners are sulfate-free, paraben-free, and phthalate-free. They are specifically formulated to be safe for color-treated, keratin-treated, and chemically processed hair.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your OUAI. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Please check our Shipping Policy page for a full list of available territories and estimated delivery times.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. OUAI is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
